Lot photos and pricing are available online, but we highly recommend taking time to tour the property as each lot has something different to offer. If you do not have an agent representing you, we would be happy to give you a tour of the property ourselves.

The property is stocked with Black Bucks, which will be raised and maintained by the HOA. There will be no rollback taxes. Further details coming soon.
Sale Schedule
10-12 lots will be made available for sale. The first lots available will be accessible directly from Stanton Road, on the south side of the property. A lot release schedule will be available in the future.
