One barn or workshop up to 3,000 square feet is allowed per lot. A 3’ rock wainscot is required on all sides.
RVs and Storage
An RV may be used as temporary residence during the construction period, for 12 months or less. Longterm, RVs, trailers, boats, etc. must be stored in an enclosed building. No mobile homes or portable storage buildings are allowed.
Livestock Regulations
Enjoy a balance of rural living with light restrictions to maintain lot land quality and a peaceful atmosphere. Up to two horses and ten chickens are allowed per lot. Donkeys, mules, cattle, pigs, hogs, and peacocks are not allowed.
